Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Repairparts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any electronic or mechanical defects, you can return items within 60 days of the original purchase date for a replacement or store credit, unless otherwise specified.
Important Note: This warranty does not cover physical damage, such as broken screens or torn cables.
Quality Assurance Process
We take great care in ensuring our products meet high standards. Each item undergoes a thorough 3-step quality check before delivery:
- At the Manufacturer/Supplier: Products are individually tested for all functionalities, including touch, LCD, camera, proximity, strength, and flexibility.
- Upon Receipt: We re-check all functionalities again to ensure quality.
- Prior to Delivery: A final inspection is conducted to check for any damage to connectors, screens, glass panels, cables, casings, and packaging.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please do not open it. Take clear photos of the package and the contents, and contact us immediately. Damage often occurs during sorting or delivery, and we need this information to assist you.
Returning Products
Before sending any products back to us, please ensure you have received confirmation of your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) ticket via email. Returns sent without RMA confirmation will be returned to you.
- RMA Confirmation: You will receive an email with the return address. Please do not use any addresses found online or elsewhere, as they may lead to delays.
- Packaging: Securely pack your items for return, including the RMA confirmation document with your shipment. You are responsible for the safe transport of the goods back to us.
Types of Return Requests
- Store Credit: Choose this option to receive a discount code via email, which can be used for your next order. This is the fastest reimbursement method.
- Replacement: If you opt for a replacement, we will send you a new item at no extra cost with your next order.
- Refund: For a refund, the total amount will be credited to a voucher, which will then be refunded to your bank account within 14 days. We aim to use your original payment method, but if that’s not possible, alternative arrangements will be made.
Defective Products
- If you notice any electronic or mechanical defects (DOA – Dead on Arrival), please open an RMA ticket within 7 days of detection. Include photos or videos to illustrate the issue.
- If your product arrives with physical damage, contact us within 24 hours with photos of both the shipping box and the damaged item.
Ordering the Wrong Product
While we cannot accept responsibility for incorrectly ordered items, we are here to help! If you need to return an incorrectly ordered part, please inform us via an RMA ticket within 7 days of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping costs for returns in this case.
Receiving the Wrong Product
If you receive an incorrect item, please follow these steps within 7 days of receipt:
- Take clear photos of the received product and the correct item.
- Submit these photos via an RMA ticket and email them to info@repairparts.ch, including your order number.
- Upon confirmation of the error, we will assist you in correcting it or processing a refund.
General Rules for Returns
- All returned products must be in their original packaging and condition, without signs of use (scratches, stains, etc.).
- Products without our company stamp will not be processed.
- Returns sent without prior approval will be canceled and returned.
