Warranty
All our products come with a one-year warranty. For consumable items like batteries, tools, or instruments, the warranty is limited to six months. The warranty becomes void if the parts are handled or installed by anyone other than Repairparts personnel, or if there is inappropriate use or handling. Products intended for single use are not covered by the warranty. There is no warranty for hidden defects not caused by Repairparts.
To qualify for warranty coverage, all protective devices (stickers, seals, etc.) applied by the manufacturer or supplier must remain intact. Parts must be tested before any permanent installation. The warranty will be void if any protective elements are removed, if unauthorized handling occurs, or if the part was not tested before installation.
It is the technician’s responsibility to use appropriate tools to test the parts safely without altering their original condition. When requesting a warranty, the original packaging, in perfect condition, must be returned along with the part. No refund requests will be accepted beyond 15 days after purchase or use. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the parts.
“Service pack” parts are subject to strict inspection upon return. If no defect is found or if the issue results from improper handling, a minimum fee of 50 francs will be charged. When returning a part for warranty or exchange, the RMA number provided by our services must be included.
For repairs performed by us, only the replaced part is covered by the warranty. The work performed is not covered, and no other parts or features of the device are included in the warranty. Additionally, no warranty is provided for software or operating systems.
If the customer does not respond within 15 days regarding ongoing work, it will be considered that they are no longer interested in the repair, and all actions will cease. Repairparts and its partners will not be held responsible or obligated in such cases. The customer may collect their equipment within 3 months, provided that all repair and return fees have been fully paid. After this period, without any communication from the customer, the equipment will be destroyed. In all cases, Repairparts and its partners disclaim all responsibility.
